As Director of Radio Relations, Joanna Whitfield assists our callers as they transition to clients.

With 25 years of business experience in client and customer service in both the public and private sectors, Joanna loves to help people. Her ability to connect with, evaluate, and communicate their needs to our staff, helps us in providing excellent client care. Marketing, Social Networking, Leadership and Business Development, Office Administration and Personnel Management are also areas in which she is skilled.

Joanna received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a minor in Human Resources from Liberty University. She is a licensed agent in North Carolina for Life, Health, Medicare Supplement, and Long Term Care.

Born in Goldsboro, NC, Joanna has lived there for most of her life. She has a daughter, son, and grandson. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and going to the beach.
